Watched the ‘89 “Batman” movie with my family tonight for the first time in nearly a decade. It’s not a good movie by any stretch of the imagination but it’s effective as a pop-artifact. Nicholson being an absolute ham is entertaining though and it’s difficult not to fall for Michael Keaton’s weirdo charm (even if he’s not really playing Bruce Wayne in any real sense)
